The change is accepted only when a reason is entered. Open the change history of the record. Previous value, new value, user, date and time are visible. Try to delete an already approved record. Deletion is not allowed. Generate the summary report of the records. The report opens and lists the expected records. Export the report as a PDF file. The PDF file is created and opens correctly. Compare the PDF with the data on screen. The PDF data match the data on screen.
